1.  Placing Order

     Creating an account is very simply to complete and can be done when you first enter the site for the first time, or you will be prompted to create an account after you             have added items to your basket. You have the choice to be contacted by email or not. Email contact will only be if there is a problem with the order, or a question about the order. It also helps if you want to receive notification email when items that are out of stock are added to the website. Please ensure that you have correctly entered the correct email address.

     After placing a order, you will receive a confirmation email of the order, and when it has been processed and shipped out.If you are having problems, placing an order, it is best to contact me through my Facebook page, or you can use the contact form.

2.   Basket

      Your basket will show what items you have ordered and how many are in stock or if the item is out of stock. Follow the process through to check out and payment.                Please note that items in your basket are not guaranteed to be your purchase until the payment process has been completed.  You can hold items in your basket for              around a month, but please be aware that they may not be in stock when you go back to the basket.

**Placing order using a mobile phone ****

please ensure that when you are checking out, using a mobile phone, you need to scroll down on each of the checkout pages to complete the whole process. You will get prompting for account details ( so if you have not already got an account, you can create one at this point(. If you havdd we not completed the whole checkout and payment process your pending order will move to unfinished orders. Over the next 48 hours you should receive an email to remind you that you have a pending order. You can log in and access that order to finish the whole payment process. Frequently Asked Questions

       Can I add to my order I just placed today?

       Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, an invoice is produced and cannot be altered/added to at this point. However you can place another             order and if your first order has not already been shipped out, I can combine two orders and any overpayment of postage will be refunded at the point of processing               both orders.
